Terms and Conditions

  • Thank you for placing an order with us!
  • Upon receiving your order, we will send an email with all necessary requirements.
  • Please note that the invitations are designed with set wording, so only the actual details will be updated. All wording and information must be typed out in either the email provided or MS Word Document. We will not re-type any information from a photo, written page or JPG. We use the exact information as sent by the client.
  • Please ensure that all the information and spelling are correct before sending it to us.
  • Once we receive your information, we will start with a digital proof of the chosen design. This will be provided within 5 working days and will be sent via email. We will not provide any proofs over WhatsApp.
  • One set of amendments are allowed. Any further amendments will be charged at R250 per set. All amendments must be provided in writing and in a point form list so that we can accurately make all the necessary changes. No amendments will be accepted over the phone or via WhatsApp.
  • With designs that require a monogram, a standard monogram will be designed to fit the style of the chosen invitation. No elaborate monogram designs are included. Should you require a separate monogram design, a design fee of R500 will apply.
  • Any deviations, (for example floral colour and design changes) from the chosen design will be viewed as a new design and our standard design fee of R750 will take effect.
  • All designs must be signed off in writing via email. The production of your order will take 5-10 working days from the date of the signed and approved final proof.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that your computer/cell phone/tablet will display the colours in our designs accurately as all monitors are different. If you want to be sure of the colours, you are welcome to come and view the sample at our studio with prior arrangement.
  • Although we make it our mission to ensure that the digital mocks are 100% correct, it is the responsibility of the client to review proofs with bird’s eye detail. Once the design has been approved for production, Lezanne’s Designs will not be held liable for any mistakes picked up at time of print. Errors include spelling, design and layout and colours. If at any point, you as the client would like to reprint due to an error noted after the design has been approved, you will be responsible for the full cost of the reprint as well as labour and materials used.
  • Your order can be collected at our studio. Please arrange a set collection date and time with our studio. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 17h00.
  • We can also courier the parcel to you, which will be for your own account. Once the parcel is dispatched, Lezanne’s Designs will not be held liable for any loss, damage or late delivery that is incurred during the transit period with any delivery service. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided with all the relevant codes.
  • No orders will be dispatched until full payment is received. This is non-negotiable. Please note that we do not have onsite credit card facilities. EFT payments are preferred, unless you ordered through the online shop. If you would like to pay cash when you collect the order, please inform us beforehand.
